Its funny when people say I look Latino. Actually its probably the other way around. I dont look like them, they look like me. The ones with the dark, straight hair, the high cheek bones, dark brown eyes with the darker skin tone. Those types are probably just as Native American DNA-wise as I am without even knowing it because they were raised to think they are just racially Latino/Hispanic. But theyre not. They might speak Spanish but that doesnt make someone Latino by any means. Thats European culture. The only difference between me and them is that I know Im a descendent of the indigenous people of the Americas. Just something Ive been thinking about the past few days.
