Its goes on and on...on the 24th of last month...Patrick had back surgery...they installed a neurotransmitter into his back...to try to help him with with diabetic neuropathy pain in his left leg...and subsequent CRSP...pain from muscle death after a blood clot...obviously if he can get out of pain and stay ambulatory thats at least quality of life...but of course they messed it up and he feels the electrical pulses in his right side...not his left.... so we are doing a repeat surgery this Monday....last month on the 23rd...I doubled over in pain and went to the ER...after a cat scan they saw swelling above and below my ostmosis...subsequent to my gastric bypass is 2001...long story short after a truly horrific NG tube and a scope into my stomach they discovered I had a large, bleeding life threatening ulcer...I was having chest pain...and during an EKG..they found that I had heart condition called long qt syndrome...associated with sudden death...I was stable so we decided to have Pat have the surgery...So my elderly parents...helped us...Mom with me in the hospital and my Dad with Pat at home....and we got through...my Dad did pet care and laundry and fed Patrick...
