Its good to add some variety to your squatting occasionally. Especially when the year is winding down and you are not preparing for a comp. Building up some volume working from two reps and adding two reps each set till 8 reps before dropping back down. My top set at 120kg for 8 reps. And this without having done back squats for probably two weeks (and struggling with 135kg for a double then).
