Its good to be free. Free from yourself and free from one another and in a place to love. Dont put expectations on one another; dont give others permission in your psyche to allow them to fail you. If we put expectation on others shoulders and all of a sudden this person has to function a certain way for us to be okay, weve just done them great injustice, weve set them up to fail us, for us to be disappointed and for us to fail to set them free to live their life because we are depending on them to be something in our life at the cost of everything. All of a sudden they can fail us, hurt us, break our heart and let us down, disappoint us. We live this way as Christians and think its normal. The Church is hurt within herself all the time. Why? Why if we are Christians? Why if we love? Why if the heart of God is us? The Church is hurting within herself all the time...Why? It should be impossible. It should be strange because we love one another, not expect one another. Love one another. Here is the message this is from. Watch out, this is radical stuff.
