Its great to know that the majority of true Anonymous around the world could use their intelligence and have a peaceful March. I could complain about the small percentage of young kids that thought violence would achieve anything here in the UK but as the video shows it doesnt. No body dented the establishment one bit in fact the violence dented the Anonymous name more than it did the establishment. I found my interactions with the police friendly and hopeful, plus having a bust ankle kinda left me behind the younger Anons a little. What I was met by was stunned observers probably thinking if thats the way UK Anonymous acts they will just avoid us and our Anarchist cause, so sad to not lead by a good example. I was gutted we didnt get into Parliament Square, even more shocked by the amount of police and their actions. I was further up the line from the trouble at parliament square, arguing the case for a pregnant girl to recieve medical assistance, so cant say I know who instigated the clash. My feeling is it wasnt us because the chief inspector was the most angry arrogant officer Id come across all night. Not only was he ordering to have the pregnant girl dragged over the barricades but he was also running up and down the line shouting for the officers to not engage in conversation with us. Between name calling and the way his visor was steaming up i think his emotional response to our being there was misplaced and dangerous. Once he was out of the way the officers became talkative, one officer shocked me by saying that not only did he not know why we were not allowed onto parliament square, that he was just following orders, but he felt they would be there year after year until this faze ran its course. I dont agree with knocking every bin over and littering the streets, children and thugs who cant express themselves act like that. I dont agree with spray paintng some member of the general publics car, bullies and morons do that kind of thing. Anonymous is a decentralised movement, but it is Non-Violent and Peaceful. A peaceful #OcuppyDemocracy demonstration like Hong Kong may have served us better. After saying all that it was a success in many countries and on Facebook. Now we have many more protests throughout the year requiring help with. Starting with #FreeEducation Demo 19th Nov, London.
