Its happening all over. Im looking into a case here in my small town of White Salmon, WA, where a 22-year-old Hispanic man crashed on his bicycle and had a bleeding head wound, and was tasered on the neck by police because he became combative when they wouldnt let him call his father, as he resisted EMTs trying to force him into their van. There was an investigation by an outside agency, the sheriff in the county two miles away, and it was ruled justified. Only our mayor has seen that report. It might all be straight; all I know is I have a ton of questions the local newspaper has not asked. As a citizen I may view the report, for $15. I look forward to it.
