Its hard to ask for precision on a style that we invented just for her (talk about pressure!)… but we still ask it. We created a hybrid of two different styles of jump to work with her natural physiology. The hope is that she can keep and continue to work this custom jump style for the life of her career. Coaches; teaching event fundamentals must eventually give way to coaching each individual athlete based on their specifics. Thats the puzzle we enjoy solving!
