Its hard to believe a year ago today was my last day at The Niagara Falls Review after 16 years. The year has been a blur and an eternity at the same time. Id like to express my thanks to those who helped me move on and share some encouragement with other friends who are going through or have gone through a professional or personal setback: Frank Sinatra, Thats Life. Each time I find myself flat on my face, I pick myself up and get back in the race.
