Its hard to believe its been 16 months since the the accident... What a life change! WOW! I have learned regardless of how organized we are, or how thought out and planned our future may seem..It only takes a moment to change everything. Im sure there are many of you out there saying WELL OBVIOUSLY!! But until something catastrophic happens to you its always someone else and never really sinks in, or hits home. Its what we do with those changed moments that determines who we really are..Do we look to GOD for our HELP? Or down at ourselfs and have a PITY PARTY?? DO we go ON in life and make the best of it?? Or do we DIE within and let everyone else try to pick UP the pieces that are forming all around?? Jesus never said this life would be EASY! But He did say He would NEVER leave us! He never said it would be PAIN FREE! But He did say to pick UP His cross and follow Him! He also never said our prayers would be answered the moment we asked..But in Isaiah 40:30-31 are told to be PATIENT and WAIT! You see I think that is where so many people today get confused, we ask in faith believing...but then expect a immediate result something we where never promised. When the result dose not come in our human timeline or the way we perceive it should we get discouraged and give up...instead of waiting with a positive self talk and self motivation attitude. We let little lies creep in and destroy our hope of success! Like, See I asked but he doesnt hear me!!..Its not worth it! Why try so hard if God doesnt care anyways???...etc...etc. We have all been there and yet WHAT Olympic athlete have you witnessed that has ran out on the field and brought in the gold trophy without a fight?? It takes years of practice for most of them and a lot of hard knocks and failures along the way that make them that all time favorite champion we all like to watch on game day! The BEST is always fought the HARDEST for and won with the GREATEST price paid!! Life is a journey learn to embrace it, pick yourself up today where your at because you cant undo or change the past..BUT you are given this moment to embrace a new future!! And dont be afraid to ASK for help!! Pride always comes before a fall..
