Its hard to explain how important the people we work with are. We spend 8 hours a day, five days a week and sometimes, 12 months a year with each other. That is often times more waking hours with them than with our own spouses. We know each others secrets, greatest joys and share our deepest sorrows. In some instances they know us better than we know ourselves. No, we arent related by birth nor made a commitment before God, but its still just as powerful. We forge a bond that ties us together in good times and in bad. So when we lose a member, we cant help but be lost. Central is forever changed because our favorite child is missing. But we are forever changed because she shared her short, wonderful life with us. We love and miss you Mandy. but we will continue to cherish the children and school you gave so much to.
