Its hard to forgive others and its almost impossible to forgive yourself with out help from the Him..... Forgiving yourself can not be done overnight, its a daily effort of prayer to break yourself free from the guilt..... Keep working on it to those that feel this way, you are NOT ALONE. We must embrace all aspects of our feelings as human beings, some feel better than others, but its all a level of growth that we must go through. Have a blessed Sunday
