Its here….2015! May it be a good one for all. My new year lundin (my word). I didnt get up early enough for brunch, so its lunch/dinner), I had a simple, but delicious menu of lobster tails dipped in clarified butter, some of my neighbours superb tomato butter (not butter mixed with tomato) condiment on Jacobs cream crackers, washed down with a whole bottle of an excellent red wine (gifted to me by L).
