Its high time to implement the Supreme Courts ruling The time has come for the court to use all the tools in its power to ensure that the rulings it has already made go from theory to reality. There are 2,242 asylum seekers who remain there for no reason. They must be released from jail and given the freedom to which they are entitled. If the Supreme Court won’t do it, these innocent people will remain in jail under a law that has been declared unconstitutional numerous times, and the fact that the court has granted them freedom will remain nothing more than an unfulfilled promise.
