Its horrible how people can be so cruel to animals sometimes, had a neighbor tht sorta did the same thing ,she put the kittens in a box one cold winter and left them out there with no blankets to keep them warm my mom went out over to her house and took the kittens from them ,she tried to save one of the kittens but it was too late he died,we eventually found good and caring homes for them when they grew up ,what got me mad about our neighbors the most is tht they didnt care and neither did her kids care,hell they didnt want their dog anymore said tht she was too much to handle,maybe if they went outside and played with her onc in a while and actually fed her then she would have been a happier dog
