Its interesting to me what gets mistakenly associated with masculine and feminine. Last week in the same day, I had three clients/potential clients tell me they loved how I taught them to be more in their feminine as leaders, and someone else called me more masculine in my approach because I am honest in service of my clients greatness (it was meant as a compliment). Being honest is not a masculine quality--its is a quality shared by masculine and feminine alike. And enabling a client by not ever pointing out info that might be a bit hard to hear, but that would help them a great deal/overly coddling a client and creating a codependent relationship where all you do is empty pep talk them is not a feminine thing. The feminine can be strong, grounded, honest and get you into action just as much as the masculine. The masculine can hold space just as much as the feminine. Yes there are coaches out there that emphasize destructive overly masculine approaches to business and life ...AND there are coaches out there also emphasizing overly feminine approaches that leave clients ungrounded and unprepared to be the type of leader they want to be (Ive had many clients come to me seeking a more balanced approach after having had both extreme experiences) But having a coach that is devoted to your success 100% and holds the highest intention for you, even when you dont believe in yourself--that is an energy neutral thing. Has nothing to do with feminine or masculine. Im actually quite a feminine woman, and I believe in taking my clients through soulful, power journeys--not blowing empty pep talk smoke in their ears and then having them land unprepared on quicksand. That will require using all of my internal polarities, masculine and feminine alike to make sure that by the end of it you are the happiest youve ever been in your biz and life. I dont call that masculine or feminine. I call that devotion and a damn good coach who actually cares down to their soul that you get what you want 💙 Make sure you choose your coaches wisely--a good coach goes beyond masculine and feminine ;-)
