Its like 38 weeks till nationals next year which will be my next comp. when do you think I start my prep? 12 weeks before? 8 weeks maybe? No, today is prep, tomorrow too and every single day of the next 38 weeks is prep. Competing isnt just a hobby its an actual life style, one you have to love. You cant half arse it and expect to do well. You cant lie to yourself and expect results. I used to do just that. I have 4 holidays planned between now and then, this doesnt mean Im going to go eat shit and drink on a beach, it means Im packing cous cous and protein and everything I can take for prep will be going with me. It means this life brings me more satisfaction than going out and drinking, Id rather be in the gym on a Sunday morning thanks. Dont get me wrong I have one night out planned In those 38 weeks with the wife Sofi Smart, but the what thing about that is shes the same as me and that one night will do us for a long time 😂😂. Im excited for nationals already!!! And if I make 38 weeks count instead of 12, and I listen to what Michelle Brannan Ifbb Pro tells me to do cause lets admit it, shes a top coach and knows her stuff. Maybe, just maybe Ill bring home a trophy 😜❤️👙💪🏆
