Its looking like the only way to be a Pastors wife is to be a Pastor (Mrs). But should this be so in every case? Cant the wife just be there doing her thing (Homemaker, career professional, whatever), supporting her husband and his ministry without having to live up to the expectations such a title demands? I see some of these Pastors wives: Ill at ease on the podium, struggling to speak before an audience, struggling to be nice, prim, proper, beyond reproach; and I think its unfair to put anyone in that situation. The guy can be Pastor and his wife a Mrs; just that. That doesnt make her less supportive, holy or spiritual does it?
