Its looking quite icy first thing, if theres anyone who was going to be cycling and now isnt, who could help marshall at the junior parkrun at Goudhurst that would be much appreciated. Weve had a couple of withdrawals due to sickness. Basically its an hour from 9.15am. A hot drink and biscuit awaits afterwards and if you fancied an easy run back through Bedgebury at 10.30 or mtb ride then I could be persuaded to join you. Kev.
