Its more important about whats going on inside rather than looking outside for the answers. Heres why... This weekend I had a true and personal experience in the power of Cycling and Coaching...except this time it was me that would have benefited from coaching...... So I was cycling with riders who were fitter, leaner, and more experienced in hills riding (they actually ride mountains..) and so I was left behind on steeper sections of our ride. Its often at the points where we are pushed to our physical and emotional limits that true learning occurs. This got me asking some BIG questions of myself and my methods and strategies. Am I good enough, am I holding them back, etc etc. Its easy to compare yourself to others and come to a quick conclusion about your own performance, however as we were free wheeling downhill I realised its more important about whats going on inside rather than looking outside for the answers. When you look deeply inside the answers come to you very clearly. Have a great week.. J
