Its more of an interesting section Ive just finished reading, about India from Worlds Perspective. Here are some highlights : 1> Formula One Racings will not happen in India in 2015. Reason according to WSJ: Formula One classified as an entertainment, rather than sport in India. (Thats really hilraious) 2> Indias struggle to break into the list of Worlds top 100 Universities continued, as the higher education institutions from the country yet again failed to impress the academics across the World. (Thats not much surprising) 3> The Lunchbox, a critically acclaimed film by the Indian Filmmaker Ritesh Batra, beat out Hollywood Movies, Oscar Contenders and all other Foreign-Langauage Films to score the number one per-theatre average gross of any film in North America last weekend. According to Wall Street Journal, Los Angeles Times & New York Times: The Lunchbox has become the best reviewed Indian Film in the US in several years with Top American Film Critics giving in rave reviews. (Yippeee ! Finally something crdible for India in foreign newspapers. Something to cheer about)
