Its my anniversary weekend so my family and I are on a weekend getaway at a beautiful resort in Palm Desert, CA. But, even though I am on vacay, I am still getting my workout in. I started with a morning run and at the half mile mark I found this ledge so of course, I had to do some burpee ledge jumps, cuz thats how we Bodyrockers roll!! Then I ran to the gym and did a full body workout. R & L Lunges with bicep curl presses Plank front & side raises R Plank front & side raises L Goblet squat Scarecrows Deadlifts w rows Tricep kickbacks to overhead extensions Bicep curls + Hammer curls Skaters High knees Abs: V ups with swiss ball btwn feet & holding 8 lb medicine ball Plank holds on med ball til burn then lift right leg for count of 10, lift left leg for count of 10, then 20 MCs & repeat Side v ups w swiss ball btwn feet R Side v ups w swiss ball btwn feet L Uneven pushups using med ball Lower burnout: used 15 lb DB DB Reverse Lunges 20 Single leg deadlift R 20 Single leg deadlift L 20 Plie DB squats 20 Lunge/Squat jumps TDs 20 (no weights) Have a great weekend, Beastbabes!!
