Its nabami of Jagadhatri pujo today .....I was invited by a pujo committee here ...Kumari pujo is their special attraction ...a little ..sweet ..big eyed girl will be worshipped as goddess Durga ....she is generally a talkative..restless girl ...pujo started ...that little girl was nicely decorated and brought to the place of worship ...a tall ..fair..old Priest enchanted Sanskrit mantras ...a strange moment indeed ...people stopped talking ...everybody was standing with folded hands ...at that moment ..I saw that little ..talkative girl changed as devi Durga ...her big innocent eyes became confident ...she sat straight ...serious ...fearless ..she lifted her right hand to us as blessings...in a moment I lost my social identity ...I became as child ...tear in my eyes ...she is no ordinary nursery girl now ...she is mother ..mother of the universe ...Happy Jagadhatri pujo ...
