Its never too late for an invasion day rave as the original custodians and people of this land, Australasia, have to go through the ringer every day of the year. Here are my thoughts for anyone interested. I have come to the realisation that the measure of the true advancement of a human community or culture is - 1 : how long they have been living in relative harmony with their neighbours ( include, plants , animals, elements all living beings and other humans). 2 : the softness of their footprint and the power of their art. These factors, longevity and harmony, grace and art, are the hallmark of land stewards or custodians with advanced and sophisticated technology. This technology is so advanced that it is so seamlessly integrated into the body and ritual that to the untrained eye, it is invisible. The human body is the pinnacle of this technological evolution and is the perfect home for a immortal spirit being. The body is comprised of cells that as individuals are independent , adaptable, self replicating and potentially immortal!. In full functioning, the body is capable of telepathy, teleportation, bi location, free energy generation/source, immortality, creation using dreaming and sound, time travel and remote sensing to name some of the niftier and cool functions. The body is a colony and community of diverse microbiological beings that perform many amazing functions ranging from healing and digestion to consciousness, nerve system and brain control!. The technology that the origines of this land possess is internal and integrated and combined with an incredible system of lore, kinship and custodianship, has enabled the habitation of this country for hundreds of thousands of years. ( yes, I believe up to a million years ago, predates the out of Africa model - see the work of the Evan William Strong and his father Steven, tracking mitochondrial DNA). The use of ritual, ceremony, initiation and an intimate knowing of the land and its inhabitants is what enables this harmonic longevity. In contrast, our culture is a quick burn as it consumes resources while destroying ecosystems, cultures and people of all races to benefit a few. This is a pathological psychological disease that creates war and disharmony from disconnection. So who is the civilised race? In this context, Australia Day will one day become to be seen as the day that a culturally, morally, technologically and spiritually inferior culture usurped the land and resources of the oldest and most advanced culture on the planet... And thought they were doing them a favor! Ignorance, arrogance and egoic ebullience exudes from the colonisers as they destroy The Garden and replace it with mines, farms, cities and disease worthy of euro trash that stole it. There is a new custodian that is not measured by the colour of their skin but the depth of their kin. Their deep relationship with country and all its inhabitants is part of the new black fella/ white fella dreaming and includes all that are willing to honour, love and respect the land as if it was our ancestors as it surely is! A day will soon come when people of all races will awaken to the dreamers of this beautiful land and celebrate the end of the old dreaming and beginning of a new dreaming.
