If you have questions about this undertaking, reach out to Tiffany directly. Enjoy, fellow Exies! Exonian Launches Humanities Seminar I am Exeter Class of 2013 and a current student at Columbia. This summer, I am launching the Hong Kong chapter of Symposium, a non-profit humanities seminar for high school and university students in China. Symposium was founded by fellow Columbia undergraduates and inspired by the literary canon discussed in Columbias Core Curriculum. Given Hong Kongs focus on rote learning and hard sciences, I am motivated to introduce local students to the transformative experience of discussing literature and philosophy. Harkness at Exeter taught me the power of listening, voicing my opinions and engaging with the reading. My goal is to share those skills with others.
