Its no secret that nutrition is one of the most important aspects of any physique related goals. What baffles me is the fact that so many still buy low quality food to feed their bodies. Just because you eat chicken, eggs, potatoes, rice or any other common whole food used toward proper nutrition does not mean its really proper. Going out and buying the cheapest food at the store is not always the best option. I understand that quality food is not always inexpensive. However, just like anything else make it a priority and shuffle less important things down the list. I am on a budget and understand the restraints but personally I would rather wear tattered ass clothes to the gym and be able to buy high quality food versus buying those new training shoes you just have to have or that name brand gym clothing etc. Obviously if you are not on a tight budget then this is a non issue. That is just one example but in either sense if you are someone who really wants to optimize what they do, food quality should be high on the list. Toxins are everywhere nowadays. Food is a huge source of toxins along with cleaning products, hygiene products, environmental factors etc. although these are a topic for another day.
