Its not a parking problem. Its a first mile / last mile problem. If people drive to the subway, you have holes in your transit system that you need to fix. All that said the solution to parking problem is to get less people driving there. Improve bike lanes and facilities. Increase bus frequency. Develop the area around the subway stations so that they feel safe at night.
