Its not about my max out time. Its about yours and how you can be better than you were yesterday. Todays workout was a repeat from Tuesday. 10:08 was my number and pop up pushups were my nemesis. I am showing the advanced Tabata progression that you can try at home. Yes, there is a modification and yes, you can do this move on your knees eliminating the power off the ground. The second your form breaks, is your max out. The progression is 2 sets of the side to side moving plyo pushups (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off). Right into the pop up pushups. At 10:18, I didnt have the power to pop up off the ground. THAT was my MAX OUT. The best part, and my biggest takeaway, I didnt have the power at 10:00 when the move started, but as Shaun T says, I found my life and talked myself through it. Thats the POWER of INSANITY MAX:30.
