Its not about what or how you go to sleep... WHAT REALLY COUNTS is what time and how you wake up. its your daily rituals that makes or breaks your day. I made it a habit to wake up on or before 6am every morning to meditate and practice some kickboxing drills in my balcony. Start off soft with meditation for the SPRIT.. then end off hard with some martial arts and gym time (for the BODY) with personal development playing in my earphones for the MIND. BALANCE is true POWER #PWR #MIND #BODY #SPIRIT #RITUALS
