Its not going to happen but if I could, every single photo I took would evoke some emotional espouse from the viewer, weather that be laughter and happiness, tears, tugging at the heart, etc. its my goal every time. And a lot goes into creating images hat do that. Its not just the subject matter. An equally important aspect to make that possible is the right lighting. There is something truly emotional about light. The right combination of emotion from the subject, the right light, the right... everything else can really move people.
