Its not just about how heavy you squat .. Is a combination, variation, repetition and timing of exercises that will build a strong butt . Yep, I am quad dominant ( guess its a Latin thing ) so I tend to focus more on glutes exercises in order to make it proportional . Soooo many different exercises I wont bore u with it.. . I try to incorporate butt exercises in every workout alongside 2 full weighted sessions a week. Another couple of months of building.. Then focussing on sculpting a Master Piece. Everything at its on time . Watch this space .
