Its not my nature to really write about myself or maybe I should say about my aches and pain as this simply comes with age but I suffer from gout. Its a form of arthritis with a sudden onset with severe pain and inflammation to the joins. Bummer, it hit me last Tuesday with swelling to my right knee, (I did have a chance to go to the gym before it hit). The swelling had pretty much subsided by Friday but it then attacked my left knee! Double bummer! I wasnt certain that Id be able to kneel for church service this past Sunday. Gout, at least for me is odd. It shows its ugly face for two maybe three days and its gone! Feeling great today! Ive cleaned the door wells of our old 1992 Suburban and that was a major undertaking.... this is special as that old thing sets in the woods. I didnt stop there, I vacuumed the Suburban, then my car, and our stick shift Pontiac Vibe. The inflammation is gone! :)
