Its not often I read a Kickstarter campaign and learn a whole bunch of things. In this case, it was a fascinating read about giraffes. I learned a bunch about the different giraffe species. The biggest eye-opener is that giraffes are dying off in rapid numbers. This is BAD! These folks want to finish their documentary about Giraffes aka Longnecks, and get their film out to help bring awareness about these wonderful animals. Remember that awful Danish zoo that shot healthy baby giraffe Marius in the head and slaughtered him in front of kids and fed his meat to the lions?
