Its not often that therapists are in a position to have to make public apologies for a slip of finger mistake. But some of my coach and other clients may be -- so here is a good lesson for you in handling a public mistake in a very good way. As unfortunate as this mistake was, I give lots of credit to DiGorno for realizing it immediately, taking initiative to correct, apologizing profusely, and continuing to hang in online to respond to so many replies. We all screw up. Good on them for working hard to make it right. Its a good lesson to the rest of us in business how to handle a PR problem.
