Its not so much the protein or carb or sugar count... So often we all get caught up in the numbers game and forget to examine the source. So what if your macros fit. . So what if it claims to be calorie free. . . If it comes from an unreliable source or you know its chemically unreliable. .. why are you consuming it? Sure you may hit a short term goal... but theres no longevity in liver failure or heart disease. Start with a healthy trustworthy source for food and supplements.. and create a plan that will heal you instead of break you down.
