Its not too late to complete Day 3 of the FabWOD challenge! Take 5 minutes for yourself tonight amidst all the laundry, lunch prep and homework: Side plank: 30 seconds per side, using either your hand or elbow for support. Level 1 - lower your bottom knee to the ground for support. Level 2 - knees not touching ground. Stepups - 20 each side. Stand in front of a 12-inch platform if you have one, or find a staircase. Step all the way up on the platform with your right leg only. Lower back down so your left leg just barely touches the floor and then stand back up with the right leg again. Complete all reps on a side before switching legs. Mountain climbers: 30 seconds. Come into a crouch with your hands and feet on the floor (if this difficult, place your hands on the edge of a chair that is pushed against the wall). Next, bring your legs into your chest one at a time, as if you were running. Level 1 - walking speed. Level 2 - running speed.
