Its not wise to have the mindset of a pyramid scheme, but rather the mindset where you think throughly of the possible results of a single plan. Ones who think like a pyramid scheme foolishly explores amongst the furthermore possible results ahead of the first possible results. If youre at A, think about B. Dont think about C until youve reached B. Those who think like the pyramid scheme explores all the way to Z while still at A. Working with one plan at time will help you to succeed while thinking too far ahead will only waste your energy. When you think Z while still at A, its good merely for multi-tasking, but things will not entirely turn out the way you planned and it can set you up for disappointment. If thats the chance you want to take, then so be it.
