Its now official that unfortunately Ive gone as far as I can with the Appeal Courts and have not been allowed to go any further with the fight I and others took on. The next stage would have been The European Courts and I really would have liked to go that way if possible but I think Ive been granted enough money from Legal Aid to say it was a long drawn out case and we owe the Legal Team of Michael Imperato solicitor, Nick Bowen QC and Connor his junior.....some junior as he was also a QC all our thanks because they fought really hard. I was in court virtually all the times they were fighting and they were brilliant. I will be keeping this page running because CIHS will continue to operate as a committee for the good of PPH. Id like to think we could eventually push the group members to the 5.000 mark because that shows the people of Llanelli and surrounding areas care about their hospital. That said I so need to thank everyone who has backed me 100% and to name you all would have me here all night. CIHS?Sosppan has been integral in keeping me going in this fight and again Im not naming anyone because they and we know who they all are...THANK YOU. THANK YOU to all of you on here for yore support and THANK YOU to the people of Llanelli who have stopped me to have a chat and to support us in our fight. Im English but truly proud to be a resident of Llanelli where Ive lived almost 19 years.
