Its oddly humbling to realize how much individual progress youve achieved. Tomorrow marks my first official day working under a health network of surgeons, physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants. To be honest I never once thought that at twenty-years old I would discover the responsibilities I now have and would excel in meeting the expectations of people who themselves embody every ambition and dream I have. I made an off-handed goal last year to find employment within the medical field just as a complement to my pre-med schooling; something that kept my head within the arena of medicine. I never imagined that goal would develop into a job where, primarily, Ill be tasked with providing oversight for the corrective billing procedures of an entire network of incredibly accomplished individuals. I am invigorated to welcome this opportunity at the beginning of the year and cant even verbalize the anticipation I have for the myriad of other opportunities that will stems from this one. Good start to what I can only imagine will be another great year.
