Its official, I will be extending the challenge another month and adding a little something to help further your goals to living a healthier lifestyle. What you eat and drink is the other half of the battle and is what fuels your workouts and your day. The August 30 minutes of exercise challenge will require that you change at least one thing to improve your diet. You are welcome to set multiple goals for your diet for the month. For example, I plan to cut out sweets, the occasional coffee with sugar, the occasional diet Dew, and I want to eat a green vegie everyday. This means I will be drinking 100% water except on extended workouts, were I will be taking in some electrolytes. To make it fun continue to post selfies and pics with your smiling faces and also post pics of healthier meals and snacks. I will rotate some of the pics as the cover pic for the event page. You have the rest of the month to set your goals for next month. Remember to share your goals and to invite others to the challenge. Lead them by setting a great example.
