There are those times we need to hear it’s okay to be vulnerable because in that Christians can lean and non Christians can find to lean on a righteous and Holy God. Abraham, it’s okay, you don’t understand it all, to be numbered as the stars is tough to grip; And Moses I know you don’t speak well, but others do, they will help you. Ruth, it’s okay to stay and follow your mother –in-law because it’s amazing what you find in hard work. David and Jeremiah, it’s okay to cry because kids and a city are hard to lose. James and John, it’s okay to miss your father Zebedee, but remember he still knows how to fix nets and fish. Paul, it’s okay to be discouraged and confused in the mist of blindness but remember, you have a lot of talking and walking ahead. Today it’s okay to cry and stay up all night when hurting and share with a friend your hardships. It’s okay to say I am on doctor prescribed meds and I need help, will you pray with me? It’s okay to say a church hurt you, and that you are mad. It’s okay to say you struggle with a certain temptation in life or you are hurting and grieving. Just remember where you need to run to and not from, the ONE who says “My grace is sufficient,” “I will never leave you or forsake you.” “Seek me and you will find me.” God stands waiting after your okay’s are admitted. He forgives, comforts, and will lead you through your next “Okay”! Have A Great Day.
