Its one of them days... I will never understand why the Good Lord took my papa nearly 5 months ago. I have ton of memories with my papa... The ones I will hold dearly to my heart are the many fishing trips we shared. Me staying with them on Fridays nights, then getting up on Sat morning and drowning some crickets. We may not caught anything, or we may have caught a lot and we may even sit in the car and wait for the rain to stop but the talks we shared are priceless. The memories I have is what gets me thru the nightmare of my hero being gone. So many things have happen since he became my guardian angel so many times I wanted to talk to him and get his thoughts..... I strongly believe he took a part of my heart with him. I miss our Sunday calls about the race... Man I just miss everything about him. I pray daily for my mawmaw and the rest of our family cause we lost the strand that held our family together. If I could go back to that dreadful day..... I would had said more to him that day. The last thing I said to him, while holding his hand... You ready to go home he replied yes.... Just wasnt the home I was talking about. Miss you my hero, my papa and now my guardian angel.
