Its pretty crazy to look back at how close this band was to breaking up in 2011 and then to fast forward to today and the crazy buzz that is currently sounding Ne Obliviscaris. It is almost surreal. We had so many setbacks over the years we almost felt we were doomed to never get anywhere, and yet here we are releasing our 2nd album today Citadel. Were about to do our biggest ever headline tour with an amazing international opening for us, we are set to play Soundwave Festival and embark on a huge world tour to places I never thought I would get to travel to, playing some of the biggest festivals in the world, sharing the stage with some of the biggest metal bands in the world. All this after a year that saw us break the Australian crowd funding record, have a song added to the curriculum at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music & much more. Ive spent more than 15 years of my life dreaming about achieving what we seem on the cusp of doing right now.... and thats a pretty crazy thing to comprehend.
