Its pretty obvious that I really like music. Not only because I was professionally trained as a musician starting at 6 years old. My father was a musician. I grew up as a little kid hanging around his band practicing in the basement of our house. But I was also born into a bigger musical family in that a lot of my family, my father, uncles and cousins grew up with some of the biggest names in music. Not only well know in th he Philly area but nationally & internationally. My uncle and my father and cousins grew up in the neighborhoods and went to school with people like Bobby Darin Jimmy Darin, Fabian, Frankie Avalon, and others from the great American 50s & 60s doo wop era. My godfather Emilo Prete a Philly Septa bus driver. Was next door neighbors and grew up as kids together and were great friends with Mario Lanzo the great opera singer. And of course Frankie Valli. I had the pleasure of meeting Frankie Valli myself in the mid-nineties at Caesars up on the third floor while I was working my duties in the restaurants. This is one of my favorite songs of Frankie Valli and the four seasons. The Philly sound of my childhood.
