Its pretty stupid to be modest if youre doing a Kickstarter campaign. After all, Im asking people to donate money to help get my book published, and if I dont believe in myself, why should they? So gird your loins and expect to see me post about this regularly for the next 24 days. And be prepared to hear me say that Attack of the Killer Asparagus is funnier than about 98% of the gardening stuff out there. (Not that most garden writing is supposed to be funny. Just sayin.) Thats about as modest as I can get. Now watch the video and if you laugh even once, throw a little sumpin sumpin in the tip jar. At the very least, youll get a book or an mp3 of some goofy Xmas carols. Theres a lot worse that could happen to you on a daily basis.
