Its probably true that there are some things better left unsaid. But whats the sense in that? Then it just stays all bottled up & makes you crazy. Then it starts turning into things that arent even relevant. Or worse, just festers & creates a dis-ease that can eventually do you in. So, I say SAY it if you need to. Whatever it is and to whoever it needs to be said to. I am not advocating the vicious, rude or uncalled for type of communication. I am all about truth, setting things straight, processing & then releasing it without further adieu. Sorry to my latest recipient of what was on my mind. But I feel A LOT better today. And that was very important to me. Carry on.
