Its really a bad situation when you did expect somebody to work with you in the department for the sake of the group „but it turned out she bypassed you.What made it worse was when she alleged that I was telling lies to the concerned staff in the academe. Too sad.. What I only did know was to be objective to answer the question of the staff as regards the real score of the incident. Why you have the blame on me,when you yourself dont follow the protocol? If you had plan otherwise then, you should have coordinated with us rather than sensationalizing the issue infront of our head...I just tried to let it pass even if you didnt work with us.I have respect on you but it turned out that your demeanor is beyond propriety. I promised to myself then not to sweat out the small stuff but everything went sour.I cant understand why it has to happen this way.I know in my heart that Im at peace with myself and my attitude towards work. This is the big acid test to my character. God pls help me to be more prudent and kind...
