Maybe the candle emits the opposite of light. What if its cloaked in darkness? Or rather, what if *he* is cloaked in darkness? *mindblow* One a son who brings the blood Kvothe, probably... We have very strong reasons to believe hes a lackless heir. One a door that holds the flood The doors of stone. The flood... Fae-Human passage? Something worse? One a thing tight-held in keeping I think this means love. Two kinds of love; Iax loves the moon. Kvothe loves a lot of people. The crucial key to making Kvothe open the Doors is killing an Angel to save someone he loved.. I think he was extorted. Some entity threatened Denna or Auri or... damnit Kvothe, get your love life together. Well, the idea is clear - Kvothe frees Iax, whose door probably is guarded by an Angel, to save someone he loves. He kills the Angel to do so. Edit: Just thought about it - maybe Kvothe was extorted by the moon. Two kinds of love, right? Maybe she loves Iax as well. Then comes that which comes with sleeping fuuuuck. The anticipation is killing me, slowly but steadily.
