Its ridiculous to see that Talent is least respected. Being appreciated is different than being Respected ... When it comes to enjoying a music show, the audience is killer mostly .. But as far as the team organizing the event goes, well ... the usual lines used are will they come for this much amount? tell them we will arrange conveyance .. And those musicians who know what their talent costs, these organizers are like lets call someone else .. He/She/They charge a bomb I heard .. Its surprisingly the same case when you call them for judging any event too!!! Seriously?!?!?! Friends? Why mix friendship and profession? Would you do free service for someone by letting them use your talent in another field perhaps? I confess that I too was in this use my talent for free scene a while ago.. As far as they are concerned, the only nasty reminder (or they think) they give us is the 1st stage show we gave you thing.. We are grateful, we are! And this thing they will remind you for the rest of your life - rest assured! Though conveniently ignoring the fact that they also paid you nothing OR paid peanuts for it! I am guessing even if you work in any company they give you a raise .. !! After a while! Dafaq is this about, for musicians?!?!?!?! Respect talent people. We musicians earn our bread and butter through our music. , Generally, people have holidays for Christmas and New Year, but on the other hand, we work then too!!!!!
