Its sad how many people will only befriend someone if they feel that they can gain something from them. Just because a person has money, a popular status, or theyre attractive, they feel like thats the only way someone could get in or fit in their circle. This proves arrogance, and exemplifies what life is all about to you. You. And by arrogance it means youll never admit to it, but your approval comes from those that benefit you. Instead of the One who created you. Even though you tragically proclaim Christ. Yes, tragically. And instead of addressing the issue, its hidden behind the same mask that covers your trust. Lets address the elephants in the room; maybe then, we can have room enough to move...forward.
