Its sad that this day in age baseball is all about money. Nick Markakis has showed us his true colors that its all about the money and not the pride of the game. Just because we didnt give in and we were smart enough to not give you that retarded contract you wanted doesnt mean that you should say f*** you to the fans that have been behind you for these last 9 years or the organization that has passed up on great outfielder deals just to keep you the face of this franchise. Sure were all going to miss you and I wish you the best of luck. But if this organization isnt good enough for you which it obviously isnt then you deserve to leave.
